Background
Pinesoft is a bespoke software development house,  specialising in the rapid application development of complex back end  systems for companies of any size, particularly in the logistics and distribution sectors. Their clients include DHL, Secure Mail Services and Bentley Walker.

Business Need
Established some 14 years ago Pinesoft approached BluEdge, concerned that they were over reliant on a small, but well established customer base.  They also felt that they perhaps lacked focus in terms of business growth opportunities and that their brand identity was in need of a revamp.

Our Approach
Our approach is based on a number of logical steps and always collaborative.  We worked with the management team at Pinesoft to understand their business goals and metrics and in turn helped them to create a clear, focused go-to-market strategy with supporting execution plans. We also worked on the value proposition and messaging and created both a new website and a set of supporting marketing communications material to support the execution plans identified. . We then revamped the Pinesoft corporate identity in line with their positioning and plans for the future.    

 

Results

  • Through a brand audit, provided Clarita with valuable insight into what it’s various stakeholder groups thought of the organisation.
