Having recognised that the market was changing, becoming more competitive with a greater need to differentiate, the UK CEO engaged our services in the development of a client relationship programme, a key area of expertise at the BluEdge.
Approach
Worked directly with the CEO and senior client directors to assess client wants and needs and to develop a customer relaitonship management programme which directly reflected the feedback we received from this key customer segment. The project had one objective - to enable CA to build closer more committed relationships with their strategic clients by providing greater value to them as a business on an ongoing basis.
Results
- Surveyed clients to better understand their requirements of CA
- Worked with the client directors in order to develop and roll out a relationship management strategy in line with client requirements
